| I wish I could provide more meaningful info, but the DVD will not open on my Mac. Nor will a second copy send by the seller. Ah, well. |

| Excellent resource - well organized and effectively presented - love the skeleton. Anatomy can be a pretty dry topic, but David knows his stuff and connects with the audience. Thanks David! |

The first thing that I really liked was the black background and that you cut to the chase with the content. Secondly, your delivery style is fantastic. I have many Yoga DVD's and what starts to bug me is the scripted style that sometimes comes off a little condescending in tone. I don't know what it is....maybe they try to find a 'Yoga-esk' voice that is not really their own. You talk like you would if you met someone in a coffee shop....the naturalness is comfortable to hear and watch. Thanks for showing us what 'being yourself' actually is in a Yoga DVD! I hope to see more of your work on yoga in the future.

YogAnatomy dvd sheds light on an otherwise dense subject. David, who on camera is as lively and down-to-earth as he is in person, demystifies the specialized vocabulary of anatomy. With simpler words and straight-forward concepts, David virtually dissects various parts of the human body for us and, best of all, relates their functions to yoga poses most practitioners recognize. The models and graphics in the dvd only enhance David's clear and informative style. This dvd will be infinitely useful to yoga practitioners and teachers alike. |

| David’s YogAnatomy teaching is a welcome gift for all today’s yoga practitioners. His teaching (in both yoga and anatomy) has without doubt had the most influence on my personal yoga practice, because what he teaches is both scientific and spiritual. He has a particular talent for making the subject of anatomy accessible, meaningful and enjoyable especially if, like me, you find anatomy a challenging subject. If you want to understand with your conscious mind, what your body already knows with its innate wisdom, then buy this DVD and study it over and over again. It’s a treasure chest of knowledge that will help you to understand why your body moves and behaves the way it does. Whether you practice yoga asana for meditation or spiritual development, for emotional healing or mental well-being, or for physical fitness, the body is the tool that we use and David’s teaching will support and enlighten your practice in ways that traditional text books are unable to do. This DVD ought to be part of every serious yoga student’s library. Thank you David (and all who contributed) for all your hard work, we greatly appreciate it and look forward to the next volume. Namaste, Ruth |

| Hi David, I was wondering when you might be coming out with anymore such dvds as I really enjoyed your first dvd. Your thoroughness in explaining how the human anatomy functions is reallly enlightening and I was totally captivated by your excellent teaching method and onscreen presence, I felt as though I were in a anatomy class. I felt like the neurons in my brain were multiplying, that was how much I enjoyed this dvd. Thank you. |

| MUST HAVE ON YOUR SHELF! I often find anatomy dvds and books either very technical or very boring as the terms used are hard to understand or the relevance to yoga is completely missing. David's DVD is useful not only for teachers but also students looking to understand the functions of the body and movement better. It is a very structured, interesting DVD and delivered in a way that anyone can finally understand. I highly recommend it to everyone. |

| I think that David's video will enhance any yoga practice. It is so nice to get a yogi's perspective on anatomy. David is such an expert on his topic that it is a joy to listen to him talk about something that he is so obviously passionate about. |

| FANTASTIC! We are adding it to our chi yoga school reading list . Essential for yoga students to own. David as usual has made a difficult and, at best, fairly unexciting subject easy and fun to watch. His true personality comes out and for our students in the U.K. it is the answer to seeing the leading yoga and anatomy teacher in action. |

| David - What a wonderful dvd and I can't wait for the next one. I am completing a bachelor's in kinesiology and plan to go on for a PT degree. I am very grateful to have a tool that relates anatomy to yoga. Most of the school texts refer to weight-lifting or sports - good to know but I'd like to be able to use yoga to help people work through injuries and disabilities. Thank you. |

| David's a natural in front of the camera. He's taken an otherwise dry subject of anatomy and delivers it in an approachable and understandable manner without skipping on any of the technical information. His short cuts for remembering some of the terms are really helpful when navigating this expansive subject. This DVD's a real bonus to anyone practicing Ashtanga and yoga in general. I highly recommend it!! |

| David's DVD is a must have for anyone who is interested in understanding the relationship between yoga and anatomy. David explains each system in a comprehensible way. He talks about key points and demonstrates using both his body, and his skeleton (Mr. Bones) to show examples. This DVD is designed so you can easily go back, and review any of the systems that you want to. I've used many of the technics that David talks about for my own practice, and I have noticed a difference in my postures. During my Yoga teacher training, (back in 1997) if I had the Yoganatomy DVD to use as a reference, my anatomy class would have been easier for me to understand. I wrote to David telling him to automatically send me his volume II when he finishes it! |

| Thought the DVD was excellent, much better than trying to learn anatomy
from a book. Especially enjoyed the parts of the body relating to Yoga postures. This DVD Can be referred to again and again. Looking forward to vol 2. |

| This DVD was a great way for me to reivew what I learned from David at Prana's Yoga Teacher Training. I watched the DVD prior to taking my certification test and it was helpful. I will review when I begin to teach as well. Looking forward to the next series! Namaste. |
