thank you so much for this weekend’s workshop! i really appreciated your approach to teaching which showed up in both how you taught and in how you encouraged us to work with our students. for me it felt very much grounded in wisdom, curiousity, and lots of respect for teachers and students alike. i learned a lot — and not sure how to integrate some of what i discovered this weekend — including kinesthetically, just within my own body — with work i’ve been doing over the years. mainly, i’m looking foward to practicing — with myself and my students — and seeing what happens. thank you very much for your teaching and your touch. -Yael

I didn’t get a chance to thank you for your workshop this week and to say goodbye. I was running a bit late for work and you were busy with the second morning session. I did want to express how much I enjoyed being in your class this week and what a wonderful gift it was for me. I’ve been trying for a long time to establish a daily (or at least much more regular) practice in my hectic life and I think this week may have given me a much needed push towards recommitting to that goal. It was physically challenging, though the main benefit is that I feel something stirring in me that I wasn’t sure I would find in a yoga practice. Thank you for creating a space where this was possible for me. I hope to have to opporunity to be in one of your classes again in the near future. -Andrea

Seems like just yesterday you were here. Thank you so much for making another trip to Philadelphia. There’s no doubt that working with you that week helped in my healing process from the surgery… a lot. My hips also feel a lot better, though I’m still being very careful. -Heather Marie
