The yoga adjustments video covers fundamental concepts of why, when, and how to apply hands-on adjustments for yoga poses. The whole idea is laid out very logically in the introduction to the videos. It begs the question, why and when should we even put our hands on students?
The layout of the videos is such that you are a participant in a workshop. From the moment of releasing these videos, people have been having “adjustment parties”. That is, teachers getting together, watching the posture being adjusted and then pausing the video and adjusting each other based on what they just saw.
The total length of the yoga adjustments video is four and a half hours (4:30). We used 5 different students, representing different levels of practice as well as different body types. This makes the videos much more real world based. A total of 45 postures are covered in these yoga adjustment videos.
